The ‘DMG Academy of Roofing’ opened in December 2021 to give something back to the community in offering pathways to employment. This was given great recognition with they recently won the Community Award and the Start-up Business of the Year Award as the FSB regional finals. The Academy offer introductory courses for those interested in the roofing industry and provides pathways to other trades, in association with South Lanarkshire College as well as foundation and modern apprenticeships in addition to our up-skilling and lead courses and work alongside SDS, Routes to Work, and DYW.
