Congratulations to Kyle McAuley on winning the “Employee of the month” award for April.
Kyle joined us just under a year ago and has impressed since his first day with his great attitude. Nothings ever a problem. Kyle left another job to come to DMG after seeing his friend thriving with us. This past month he’s really excelled and it’s great to see the healthy competition between all the apprentices. The first 6 months are all about learning the basics of roofing, health and safety, carrying tiles etc, we’ve now seen him take this further by felting, battening with his tradesman and buying his own tools without us asking him. This shows he’s now wanting to invest in himself and continue to learn, this really impressed us.
